Great Stay. Facility was clean , Room was clean, Bar/restaurant/lounge was nice to have on location , pretty setting/location. Its abit of an older hotel but kept up well . An easy 20 drive to Logan Airport made it super convenient. . Id recommend any friends or family to stay here. I have zero complaints.

The Lakeside Inn in Wakefield MA was amazing. The staff were so accommodating and sweet, the rooms were clean and functional and the location is close to everything. They have great pricing and lots of entertainment! We will definitely be back!

Ken at Lakeside Inn provided exceptional service during my stay. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. His local knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. This place is always an incredible spot to go to. I love it here! Whether you'd like to go get a drink, good food (reallllyyy good) , karaoke etc or prefer having a quiet night by the lake... THIS is it!!! All front desk clerks are so patient and very accommodating. Clean, fresh air, very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!

Clean rooms, good location and efficient check-in. Unfortunately, breakfast starts at 7am which isn’t good for early travelers. It’s hard to find a parking space if checking in late at night because half of the parking lot is taken up by trucks belonging to a nearby dealership. All and all a good choice though.

Surprisingly it turned out to be a much better experience than we had expected. Rooms are little dated but what made up for that was the excellent service provided by the staff there. Specially Ibrahim, who was always there to help whenever we needed. He was so quick to respond to all our issues and fix them immediately. It felt like he was really determined to make this place the best hotel/Inn in the Boston metropolitan area. And I am sure he will be able to achieve his goal. Our best wishes are with you my friend. Just a small note for improvements: If you guys can put a button on the front door for accessibility purpose, it will be great. And it will help people with disabilities to stay there comfortably. And rooms can get some upgrades as well 😊

I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay here. The staff have been absolutely exceptional, and their willingness to go above and beyond has made all the difference. In a time when outstanding customer service seems increasingly rare, this hotel truly stands out. Every interaction has been warm, professional, and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome and cared for. More hotels should strive to provide this level of hospitality. I'd especially like to recognize Al P. at the front desk and Alex from the maintenance team. Both have been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. There are also several other staff members whose names I unfortunately can't recall at the moment, but they deserve just as much recognition. On multiple occasions, they went out of their way to bring items directly to my room when I had fully expected to come downstairs to pick them up myself. Those thoughtful gestures did not go unnoticed. I've stayed at many places throughout Massachusetts, and I can honestly say that it's difficult to find another hotel that combines such a beautiful setting with such an outstanding, professional, and genuinely caring staff. Last but certainly not least, the complimentary breakfast is fantastic and definitely not something you'll want to miss! Thank you to everyone here for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience!
